The beds were comfortable, the wallpaper was beautiful, the furniture seemed well thought out, lighting system was perfect, and there were more than enough plug ins for all your gadgets. I loved that there were bathrobes and slippers for guests to use. If we had more time and the weather was nice, we would have used the swimming pool. All the staff were friendly, polite and prompt with our requests.

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. My room faced East so it was nice to wake up to the sunrise. It is located in a very busy area with trains, planes and automobiles constantly passing by. The free use of a bicycle was fantastic as it gave me a chance to escape the main roads and ride along the river. The noon checkout was also a bonus. Breakfast was an extra charge and was okay.

Close to airport, bathtub was wonderfu, lotions and soaps were nice, ample hot water, radiant bathroom floor heat. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Great responsiveness in shuttle service. Comfortable room/bed. In-room Nespresso got me going w/o a breakfast option.

The hotel was clean and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decorum around the hotel and suits was cool and colourful !! Stayed in a king bed suit, we both enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom. Although the hotel is out of the way, the Richmond Night Market is literally right across the street! And it looked like about a 15min walk to the casino!

The location near the international airport was convenient and the hotel had a free shuttle. There was a skytrain station within walking distance. The food at the restaurant was exceptional for an hotel and was a top restaurant standard. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed with a large light filled bathroom complete with standalone bath. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool was excellent and a god send on a hot day. valet parking is available for a reasonable rate although long term parking is cheaper at the airport.

This hotel was luxury at a fantastic price. It had a swimming pool and shuttle service from airport and the shuttle was more like a personal driver service. The pool was on a roof with fantastic views and not at all crowded. The decor was amazing with a gorgeous big bathroom and the staff were superb. The restaurant was really good too. We were treated so well with iced tea on arrival and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I just wish they had hotels elsewhere in the world as we would definitely stay there if they did. If we need a hotel in Vancouver again we will be back! Well done Versante you've got it completely right.

This hotel is modern, stylish and has a very fresh and uplifting approach to decor. The room was spacious and well appointed with luxurious bedding, robes, slippers and attention to detail. It was a stunning view over the mountains and so close to the airport. An unexpected bonus was the close proximity to the Richmond Night Market which was fun to visit.

The design was funky, it was eye catching from the moment you walked in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed there the night before we left for our vacation. It was very close to the airport. I think our taxi ride to the airport was roughly $13 CAD. There were many restaurants to choose from within the hotel but there was also a pasta place across the street that was delicious and very affordable. Our bed was comfortable and there was a Nespresso in the room. The bathtub in the room was lovely as well and the room offered higher end amenities such as a Dyson hair dryer, heated floors in the bathroom, and higher end body products.

The hotel is very pretty, the room was very comfortable, heated floors on the bathroom where great, dyson hair dryer amazing. The whole bathroom was amazing. Ammenities were really good, most of the staff was kind and nice. The bed is very comfortable, I love the ability to mirror device screens to the TV. Overall, besides some big setbacks it was a great experience.

The breakfast items were good but there was a lack of choice of "traditional" items. Service was excellent.
